2016 - University of California - Santa Barbara Zealously adovcated on behalf of all persons living in California who were detained, but not arrested, and then unable to have the record of the stop removed as per California state law. The hard work of this office resulted in three straight wins at all levels, including in the Court of Appeals, Second District, Division 6, California. SCHMIDT v. 2015 – Sam Houston State University Partnered with Student Health Services and Voices Against Violence to provide a multi-day workshop about health law, legal rights, powers of attorney, medical powers, organ donation, and directives to physicians.
2014 – The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Translated legal materials into 7 different languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, and Russian) to better serve international and foreign students. 2013 - Texas State University/University of Texas at Austin
2012 – The University of Texas at Austin and Texas State University Joint project between the two institutions to create Legal Lessons, a series of educational videos featuring college actors and realistic situations.
2011 – The University of North Texas For a series of in-house videos, filmed by a student employee at UNT SLS. This project included information about the steps taken to accomplish the filming and archiving of these videos, such as using free music downloads for background, obtaining releases from clients for their testimonials, and linking these to social media.
